Attachment therapyIn parent-child sessions, the therapist works collaboratively with both parent and child to strengthen their bond and create a more positive home environment. These sessions focus on enhancing communication, fostering emotional regulation, and building a secure and healthy attachment. To ensure the success of joint sessions, individual sessions with the parent, child, or both may be recommended beforehand to prepare for the collaborative work ahead.
